很简单。
将设计的学习标准和内容标准都拷贝起来就是了。
举例:
教师有本身的电子教案格式,如WORD或GOOGLE DOCUMENTS.
就将本部落格的学习标准和内容标准直接拷贝到本身的电子教案档案里面就是了。
是不是很简单?同样不必翻阅各种不同的教案。让教学回归真正的教学而不是单单抄袭课本所写的,却不知道所教导的学习和内容标准是什么。

- 会。因为电子教案似乎是每天都需要使用/提交才能获取教案。
- 不会,因为电子教案不必打印出来。
- 会。因为电子教案打印的时候会出现一些奇怪的现象,不能打印。
- 不会。因为电子教案本是不应打印出来的。
- 会带来压力。因为行政又要每天检查教案。
- 不会带来压力。因为行政同样也可以使用筛选功能检查教案。
- 会带来压力。因为面对电脑的时间更多了。
- 不会带来压力,因为电邮本身会依据日期来归类的。

How to further optimize this site?
From the samples i am sure you know how this work already, teachers submit their lesson plans, retrieve them from their own email. Voila, the lesson plans are theirs.
But how could we further optimize this site?
Here are a few suggestions:
We could add another column on the top of the forms that includes the teachers' name.
So, as teachers keyed in their lesson plans, the receiving email would be their schools' respective emails, whereas the lesson plan submitted would be received by the schools, however, this would defeat the purpose of allowing teachers to have a copy of their lesson plans.
Hence a better way would be: teachers forward their lesson plans to their school email for collection / record.
Well, what do you think? Drop me a line and let me know how would you further optimize this site.

To Go One Step Further
We try our best to work. But can we do better? What do we really need to do better? Better support of course.
With these electronic lesson plans, i believe this is one of many forms of support we could provide for teachers to focus on planning their lessons.
All teachers need to do is refer to their textbooks/ activity book, select the standard teachers would like to carry out, referring to the standard statements stated in here, e.g.: without needed to flip thorough any other documents and select the appropriate statements and from there, decide the learning objectives (it is my hope and dream that this could be further simplified by making the leaning standard the learning objectives....) and plan ahead.
With this small contribution, i sure hope teachers from Malaysia, especially teachers for Chinese primary schools would benefit the most from this.
This would also provide a platform if not the inspiration for other schools / stream of schools to refer to as how to better implement some form of support teachers needed the most.
I still believed that teachers would be able to perform better should sufficient support and guidance is given. Best of all, these tools are free for all to be used.
Above all else, this would be something i would like to give back to the society, especially to all dedicated teachers out there. May this elevate your work to a higher ground by fully helping out to protect our limited natural resources as well.

电子教案的最大缺陷
这个在线的电子教案有一个许多在线系统一样的缺陷:几乎不能半途停下。(电邮、日程是可以半途停下稍后继续完成的。)
当然,要是教师可以直接完成然后提交就是最好的了。
无论如何,as the flaw is outweighed by all the good that's got to do with this, 我个人觉得是可以定睛在这个改变带来的最大好处而不是停留在缺陷处。
之前有朋友问:这个设计不担心会遭骇客袭击吗?
编者老实回答:部落格是谷歌公司用心经营的其中一项服务。谷歌绝对会好好保护这项服务。
至于倘若有一天部落格真的被取下的话。相信我,要么谷歌连在线表格也取下,否则都则都可以在其他平台如此运行。(可别问我如何使用脸书或IG让老师们提交教案,我没有脸书快10年了。)

跳出思考的框框
- 我只是一名老师。
- 我没有办法牢记一个科目的学习标准以及内容标准。更甭说其他科目了。
- 如果可以的话,我觉得需要使用电脑/网络协助我完成教案。
- 我不想停留在书写教案的处境中。
- 如果仅仅使用电脑打字,但我还是得拷贝粘贴教案格式的话,我可以奢望教案的格式可以统一吗?
- 我可以奢望我可以专注留意选择要进行的学习与内容标准和教学活动吗?
- 如果我以手写的教案和电脑打字的教案相差无几,为何我还要手写教案?
- 如果我可以将设计的教案和其他老师传享,甚至被当作是指导新晋教师的工具,为何不研发这样的功能呢?一课多教法,还有比这个更快更好的方法吗?
- 如果全国的学习标准和内容标准都是一样的话,我有办法在任何一个地点编写我的教案吗?
- 如果有的学校要求老师付费添购电子教案的话,但我又不想这样做的话,请问我还有什么选择?我不是耍酷,但为何需要让别人管理我所准备的教案呢?
- 如果付费的老师转校了,付费的老师会继续享有付费的服务,那么新来的老师要另外付费,那学校岂不是成为了教师付费的地方吗?否则,要是教师有选择的话,是否可以选择不要付费呢?
What's wrong with the previous versions of Electronic Lesson Plans?
Electronic Lesson Plans are the hype for teachers since the wake of internet. However, their implementation left much to be desired for.
Many previous versions were not the full usage of electronic lesson plans. Many teachers commented some administrators would still requite them to print out their lesson plans as to check on it, be it for regular check ups or for other inspectorate purposes.
However, as i see things could've been better done, hence i would like to outdo all the previous versions of electronic lesson plans.
I firmly believe that a real electronic lesson plan should have the following criterion:
Many previous versions were not the full usage of electronic lesson plans. Many teachers commented some administrators would still requite them to print out their lesson plans as to check on it, be it for regular check ups or for other inspectorate purposes.
However, as i see things could've been better done, hence i would like to outdo all the previous versions of electronic lesson plans.
I firmly believe that a real electronic lesson plan should have the following criterion:
- A real electronic lesson plan need not to be printed along the entire workflow.
- A real electronic lesson plan should belong to the teachers and not the company that runs it.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be affordable if not free for teachers.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be easy to review by it's owner.
- A real electronic lesson plan is easy to share and corrected by others
- A real electronic lesson plan should spare users/ teachers of their worries about their personal data being leaked.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be applicable to all schools without any restrictions (except those who are really far far away from any ICT facilities)
- A real electronic lesson plan should be easy to use.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be editable by teachers without needing to have another version of the same lesson plan.
- A real electronic lesson plan should ease teachers' work by providing all the needed detail descriptions teacher need when preparing their lessons.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be safe and always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all 365 days a year.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be opened to all without being restricted to the language being used in the system.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be renewable from time to tome.
- A real electronic lesson plan should allow teachers to plan in detail or in brief as he/she sees fit.
- A real electronic lesson plan should be functional even to the new teachers who joined the service.
- A real electronic lesson plan should provide a standardized lesson plan for all to use.
- A real electronic lesson plan can be used as a training tool by course facilitators.
